At the invitation Sr. Paola, Superior General – Congregation of Hospitaller Sisters of Mercy, Rome, our five Srs. Jacintha Kailas, Florence Santiago from Guntur Province, Sr. Suseela Tarsis from Bangalore Province, reached in Rome on 24th October 2012 for a collaborative mission in running the Home for the Care of the Aged people, it is a home of 140 people in 5 floors. Our sisters are staying and working with the Hospitaller Sisters of Mercy.

Diocese of Gallup - New Mexico, USA

At the invitation of Rt. Rev. James .S Wall, Archbishop of Gallup, we ventured a bold step to start our mission in the diocese of Gallup. The process was initiated from 2010 and our pioneering missionaries Srs. Padma Pudota and Rose Rani Pudota reached New Mexico on 6th September 2012. We have taken up the Education Apostolate in collaboration with the diocese and are working in St. Anthony Indian Mission School, Zuni, New Mexico. Rev. Fr. Ravi Kiran, an Indian Priest from “Missionary Society of Heralds of Good News” is the bridge mentor for this mission and is a great support to our JMJ Sisters over there.

Diocese of Gallup – Page, Arizona, USA

Considering the special invitation of Rev. Fr. Thomas Maikowski, Administrator, Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Page, Arizona, USA to run the parish school by JMJ Sisters. With the permission of the then General Council, two of our sisters were sent on mission i.e., Sr. SarojiniBarla from Guntur Province and Sr. SatyavedammaGalleli from Raipur Province and established a small community on 28.09.2014 by Rev. Srs. Regina Mary and Rosily Abraham the provincial superiors of Guntur and Raipur Provinces.

St. Joseph’s Hospital – Valady, Trichy

St. Joseph’s Hospital was established in Valady, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu on 26thDecember 2016 on experimental basis. It is 40 bedded hospital and with needed equipment to cater the health needs of the people in view of early diagnosis, treatment, provide health awareness and promote the Preventive and curative Health services especially for the rural flock.

Jubilee English Medium School, Vizag

A At the request of Rt. Dr. Mariadas, Bishop of Vizag, we extended our collaboration in running the diocesan Jubilee English Medium School (1st to 10th standard) at Gnanapuram from June 1999 onwards.

Sr. Pauline Joseph Yeruva took the initiative to develop the school and also did the pioneering work to start the Sophia Junior College in the year 1999. At present two sisters are working there as Headmistress and Office incharge respectively.

St. Mary’s Matriculation School, Tiruttani, Tamilnadu

St. Thomas’ Convent was started in the year 1971 to initiate Medical and Evangelization ministry. In 1976 a dispensary was opened to render health services to help the poor villagers, but this ministry was closed in the year 2007. At present there are four Sisters among one sister is working in St. Mary’s High School, Tiruttani managed by the Archdiocese of Madras-Mylapore, one is taking care of the tailoring centre, one sister is in charge of Finance and another sister is supervising the campus besides they are also involved in the pastoral, evangelization and social ministries.

SagayaMatha Matriculation School, RK Nagar, Ennore, Chennai

The sisters started education ministry in collaboration with Archdiocese of Madras and has given the KG section to us from June 1998 to run independently. In the year 2004, the KG section was bifurcated from SagayaMatha Matriculation School and started functioning with its own identity as JMJ Nursery School. At present two sisters are working in the Parish school and two sisters are taking care of the Nursery section.

St. Patrick’s School, St. Thomas’ Mount, Chennai

In 2011, St. Patrick’s Nursery and Primary School was launched. The school takes pride of its excellent teaching methodology.This school runs classes from 1 to 5 to provide education to students. At the request of parish priest we have offered a sister to teach the primary section besides pastoral and evangelization ministry. One more sister is for St. Thomas’s CBSE School, running the by the diocese.

RCM School, Marakkanam, VillupuramDt, Tamil Nadu

On 24thMay 2000 the mission in Marakkanam began with three Sisters catering the medical needs of the local people through a small dispensary. Various developmental and skill enhancement programmes were started to empower women. Sisters involve actively in parish activities, Basic Christian Community (BCC) and neighbourhood ministry.

Two sisters are working in the RCM Parish School of the Diocese. The presence of sisters in the RCM School resulted in increased strength.

RC Marava Special Middle School, Vairavikulam

RC Marava Tamil Medium School, Vairavikulamwas started in 1947 belonging to the Diocese of Palayamkottai and in the year 1993 it was completely given to the JMJ Sisters.

Since we are situated in the church campus, where devotion to St. Anthony is growing day by day, we have a golden opportunity to meet the pilgrims, all sorts of people the rich and the poor, sick and healthy.

St. Xavier’s Institutions, Palayamkottai

Considering the request of Rev. Fr Rector St Xavier’s Institutions, Palayamkottai, to administer Mother Teresa Hostel for women at Palayamkottai (TN) by JMJ Sisters, Guntur province was considered to collaborate. The collaboration of the period is for about 2 years starting from June 01, 2019 and ending on May 31, 2021. Two of our sisters were sent on mission to cater the needs of the hostel students specially in taking care of their study hours and providing them guidance and help whenever the girls require help and support.

Sacred Heart Public School, Durgi

Sacred Heart Public school, Durgi provide services to the rural people of Palanadu area. This school runs classes from 1-7 and provide quality education to the students. Most of the families depend on daily wages and even take their children for work. To help these children Sacred Heart brothers school was established. At the request of Sacred Heart brothers JMJ Guntur province offered a sister to teach in the school and guide the children of that under developed locality.
